Anthony Greenfield
Anthony Greenfield’s first-hand experience of the ups and downs of large-scale change led him to write The 5 Forces of Change; a book that would help organisations adapt and innovate successfully by avoiding the pitfalls that so often undermine change.
This, in turn, gave rise to two successful training courses; Leading Change and Embracing Change, which Anthony developed with his colleagues.
Anthony has over 20 years experience of bringing about substantial changes in major organisations such as Marks & Spencer, PruHealth, GSK, The Northern Trust and Sainsbury’s, in the UK, South Africa and the USA.
