Anthony Greenfield’s first-hand experience of the ups and downs of large-scale change  led him to write The 5 Forces of Change; a book that would help organisations adapt and innovate successfully by avoiding the pitfalls that so often undermine change. This, in turn, gave rise to two successful training courses; Leading Change and Embracing Change, which Anthony developed with his colleagues.

Anthony has over 20 years experience of bringing about substantial changes in major organisations such as Marks & Spencer, PruHealth, GSK, The Northern Trust and Sainsbury’s, in the UK, South Africa and the USA.

He runs seminars and courses at major conferences, respected business schools and for corporate clients in the UK and internationally. He has also published a number of articles on organisational change. Anthony led teams that won UK National Training Awards in 2003 and 2007.
